Sophie Tiarks

​Sophie is a Senior Talent Partner on our Creative Perm team. She works across a number of roles including designers, graphics and motion, animators, copywriters & illustrators with a specific focus on brands and branding agencies.

Previously, she had always worked within residential property in Super Prime London.  Real Estate and Interior Design is a passion of Sophie’s but she wanted to transfer the sales skill set into a different creative space. Outside of work, she recently conquered her fears for charity by abseiling Battersea PowerStation and Sky Diving! Growing up around various music scenes, Sophie was influenced and self-taught herself how to mix on turntables. She can often be found having a groove with her Pug, Squid!
